This role offers competitive pay and a supportive work environment focused on career growth and excellence.Job DetailsSalary: From $90,000 to $150,000 per yearJob Type: Full TimeLocation: San Antonio, TX 78233ResponsibilitiesDiagnose vehicle issues accurately using experience, analysis, and testingMaintain the highest level of training and technical expertise as a Master Certified TechnicianEnsure vehicles are clean and in excellent condition after service or repairsComplete all required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standardsSupport shop efficiency by managing inventory, performing general shop duties, and maintaining safety standardsAdhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulationsParticipate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned to support team and business goalsWork EnvironmentThis position requires working in a fast-paced automotive service shop with a strong emphasis on teamwork, professionalism, and customer-focused service. Physical stamina and dexterity are necessary to perform mechanical tasks effectively.

Job Requirement:RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience at dealer-level or large facility preferred (especially for Master Certified Technicians)Strong automotive mechanical and electrical knowledgeCertified by National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) preferredValid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving recordProfessional and dependable work ethicSafety conscious and customer service orientedBasic computer and internet skillsExcellent communication skillsProfessional appearance and attitudeAbility to read and follow instructions accuratelyPhysical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand for long periods, and lift heavy objects as needed
