Pay: $17.75 – $19.25*/hour *Includes $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
1st Shift - 6:30am-3:00pm or 7:00am-3:30pm (Must be available for either start time)
2nd Shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm (Varies)
3rd Shift - 7:30pm-4:00am - Immediate Openings

How You'll Create Possibilities
Role Summary
The Assembly Operator role contributes to manufacturing operations by assembling appliance components and subassemblies in alignment with standard work, quality expectations, and safety requirements. The role requires consistent execution of tasks, collaboration within a team environment, and the ability to meet production demands.
Core Responsibilities
• Assemble components and subassemblies according to documented standard work
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards
• Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure product conformance
• Escalate safety, quality, or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel
• Maintain an organized and safe workstation
• Support team objectives and production goals
Minimum Requirements
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience
• 18 years of age or older (17 if a work-based learning high school student)
• Ability to meet background, drug screening, and physical requirements
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
