Production Planning Specialist

The Role We are currently looking for a Production Planning Specialist to join our team at our HQ in Ravarino (MO). The role will be responsible for planning and monitoring apparel production, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities, material availability, and production capacity. The position will oversee production orders and material allocation processes, contributing to on‑time delivery and efficient workflow management. Your Impact The Day-To-Day Plan and schedule production activities (cutting, manufacturing, and intermediate phases) based on priorities, capacity, and lead times. Manage production orders, ensuring alignment with customer demand, BOMs, and material availability (fabrics and trims). Coordinate material allocation and picking processes, monitoring availability and resolving potential shortages or delays. Track production progress, identifying delays or bottlenecks and supporting re‑planning activities when needed. Qualifications Key Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in production planning roles within the apparel or fashion industry. Good knowledge of garment production processes (cutting, manufacturing, external suppliers). Experience in managing production orders, BOMs, and planning logics (capacity, lead times, material allocation). Strong analytical skills with excellent proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Stealth, PLM) is a plus.
