Role Business Analyst – PV W2 Location Torrance, CA Duration 12+ months Interview Format First round is video; second round is in person. Work Model Onsite (4 days in office, 1 day remote). CUSTOMER FACING APPS OR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OR ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience with relevant training. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting digital applications. Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments. Experience supporting production systems, including incident management and post-release support. Familiarity with ecommerce, auto dealer-facing, or customer-facing platforms preferred. Experience gathering requirements and working closely with diverse stakeholder groups. Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirements and backlog management systems.
