Mercyhealth System in Rockford, Illinois, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join and lead our expanding Oncology program.

This is a unique opportunity to build and grow Radiation Oncology within a fully integrated regional health system serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Opportunity:

Compensation: $640,000-$720,000 Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary Oncology team within a strong, established referral network. • Work alongside Gynecologic and Medical Oncologists • Supported by Advanced Practice Providers, Oncology Nursing, Social Work, and dedicated program leadership (Manager and Director) • Outstanding internal referral system from primary care • EPIC EMR • Opportunity to grow patient volume and lead service line development • Fully integrated system support with operational and strategic leadership Departmental Scope:
