Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Provide MRI services for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR registered)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Must demonstrate proficiency in basic MR principles and practices
• Knowledge and comfort level with MR safety practices required
• Peripheral IV starts with IV contrast injection skills necessary
• Implant workup knowledge required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Experience with Siemens Sola 1.5T and Siemens Skyra 3T scanners beneficial
• Use EPIC charting system
• Weekend rotation required once per month
• On-call responsibilities with department rotation schedule
• Time off requests up to 7 days can be approved
• At least one orientation shift provided to learn workflow
• Any scrub color acceptable
• Department supervisor support available

This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center featuring 74-80 beds and operates as a Level IV Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center. The facility provides advanced imaging services with state-of-the-art MRI equipment including Siemens Sola 1.5T and Siemens Skyra 3T scanners. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes EPIC electronic health record system for comprehensive patient documentation and care coordination.
