Job Description Material Handler/Forklift Driver Norcross, GA Compensation Includes * Starting Pay Rate of $19.15/hour + $1/hr shift differential Available Shift * 3rd Responsibilities * Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly work environment * Accurately control inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, including requisitioning, receipt, storage, handling, scanning, and shipping * Accurately account for all material movements, including in-plant product holds * Perform incoming trailer inspections as assigned * Read and understand written specifications, procedures, safety information, and packaging diagrams * Accurately control inventory throughout the entire process * Other duties as necessary Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent experience * Basic math and computer skills * Forklift certification * Ability to safely operate a forklift * Good oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Must understand Warehouse Management Systems and processes Must be able to: * Work 8-hour shifts, standing and walking for extended periods * Climb approved ladders and movable steps * Communicate effectively in verbal and written form * Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 65 lbs (two-person or mechanical assist required above 65 lbs) * Possess adequate problem-solving ability and determine cause-and-effect relationships in office or manufacturing environments Company Benefits What You'll Get From Us Benefits With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
