We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives who want to succeed as part of a collaborative sales team.

What You’ll Do
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Build strong relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Work closely with management and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training to grow skills and earning potential

Pay Scale
Base hourly rate of $16.90, plus substantial commission opportunities based on performance and other factors.

Most Sales Representatives earn between $5,000 and $10,000 per month, with higher earnings during peak and record-breaking sales periods.

Must Have
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Valid CA Sales License
