Senior Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned project leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong executive communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams and competing priorities.

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of progressive IT project management experience
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise technology projects
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing complex timelines, competing priorities, and difficult stakeholder environments
Expertise with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
Proficiency with project management tools such as:
- MS Project
- Smartsheet
- Jira
- ServiceNow
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to drive alignment and maintain transparency across teams and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred
Experience with enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud, CRM, ERP, or integration projects
Experience working within large matrixed organizations
