Principal Program Manager, Go-To-Market

Full-time

jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Program Manager, Go-To-Market based in the United States.

This is a senior, high-visibility program leadership role responsible for shaping how complex go-to-market initiatives are planned, launched, and continuously improved.
You will lead major and minor product launches while building scalable operating models across Product, Design, Marketing, Communications, and Field Enablement.
The role combines strategic program management with hands-on execution, requiring you to turn ambiguity into clear decisions, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
You will also help transform traditional program management by embedding AI agents and automation into recurring workflows and cross-functional processes.
Working with significant autonomy and executive visibility, you will influence senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
Success will be measured through business and customer outcomes such as pipeline, adoption, consumption, brand impact, and community engagement—not simply activity volume.
This is an opportunity to establish the operating model for a fast-moving, distributed organization and help define what AI-enabled go-to-market execution looks like at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead a concurrent portfolio of high-priority go-to-market initiatives, establishing clear owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and decision points.
  • Own the planning and orchestration of major and minor product launches, including launches connected to company events, weekly announcements, customer adoption initiatives, and pipeline-generating activities.
  • Build and continuously improve scalable launch frameworks and program management practices that enable more than 15 launches annually to run with greater consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate dependencies across Product Management, Product Design, Product & Technical Marketing, Growth Marketing, Communications, Social, Field Enablement, Sales, and other go-to-market functions.
  • Provide executives and senior stakeholders with concise context, risks, options, recommendations, and clear decisions rather than activity-focused status reporting.
  • Design decision stages and working processes that surface blockers and tradeoffs early, enabling teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Translate recurring manual coordination into AI-powered workflows and automations that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Partner with the marketing AI transformation function when workflows require broader adoption, governance, skills development, or department-level implementation.
  • Establish quality controls throughout program execution and confirm that market-facing assets, messaging, and launch components land as intended.
  • Develop reusable playbooks, processes, and operating models so each launch cycle becomes more efficient and effective than the previous one.
  • Monitor outcomes with relevant data, including pipeline, adoption, consumption, brand impact, and community engagement, and incorporate learnings into future programs.
  • Lead retrospectives, identify systemic improvements, and remove unnecessary processes when they no longer create value.
  • Escalate decisions early with a clear recommendation or specific request when issues require senior leadership input.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in go-to-market program management within the high-tech industry, particularly across complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or transforming program operating models within large, distributed organizations, with measurable business results.
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI agents, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that have been deployed and used in real production environments.
  • A track record of identifying manual processes and converting them into practical AI workflows while helping teams adopt new ways of working.
  • Strong understanding of product releases and their implications for marketing, communications, enablement, sales, and broader go-to-market organizations.
  • Ability to establish effective launch and program frameworks without introducing unnecessary meetings, bureaucracy, or administrative overhead.
  • Strong strategic judgment and a bias toward action, with the ability to frame risks, evaluate options, and drive decisions across competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously while maintaining quality, momentum, and stakeholder trust.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment among teams with competing priorities and dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management tools, including the ability to leverage AI automation within those environments.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to measure success through meaningful business outcomes such as pipeline, adoption, consumption, brand impact, or customer engagement rather than activity metrics.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required and in accordance with applicable travel policies.

Benefits:

  • United States base salary range of $203,200–$345,600 USD , with final compensation determined by factors such as experience, skills, education, abilities, internal equity, market data, and geographic location.
  • Base salary is complemented by a broader total rewards package; the stated range does not include bonuses, equity, or benefits.
  • Comprehensive benefits supporting health, financial security, and overall well-being.
  • Flexible paid time off to support individual work-life needs.
  • Equity compensation and employee stock purchase plan opportunities.
  • Parental leave benefits.
  • Dedicated growth and development funding to support professional learning and career progression.
  • Team member resource groups supporting connection, inclusion, and community.
  • Remote-first working environment with location eligibility determined by applicable hiring guidelines.
  • Opportunity to work in an AI-forward environment where modern technology is integrated into everyday workflows.
  • Significant autonomy, executive exposure, and the opportunity to shape scalable go-to-market operating practices.
