High Ground Service Pros is hiring HVAC Apprentices for our Triple A Pipeline — a 12-week paid training program that turns motivated people with no HVAC experience into trusted in-home technicians.

What we provide: + 12 weeks of paid (flat rate), structured training ( + 2 weeks of intensive technical training at Ultimate Technical Academy (Arkansas) — all costs paid by us + Personal mentor + customer service curriculum + ride-along apprenticeship + Full tool kit (yours to keep on graduation) + Full uniform + work boot stipend + Medical, dental, vision benefits Day 1 + 401(k) at 90 days + $500 graduation bonus when you complete the 12-week pipeline

What we hire for (we call it the Triple A): + Attributes — reliable, professional, clean driving record, can pass background check + Aptitude — capacity to learn (we'll test this with a quick mechanical reasoning assessment) + Attitude — coachable, customer-first mindset, want to build a real career

What we DON'T require: + years of HVAC experience + trade school + certifications

After the 12-week pipeline: You move to performance pay. Top techs earn $90K+ in their first full year.

What is High Grounds process and what are the steps to getting your foot in the door?

1. Recruiter reviews application (moves all indeed applications to our inhouse ATS)
2. Applicant takes an online assessment for Mathematics (sent via email)
3. Applicant takes an online assessment for Mechanical aptitude & reasoning (sent via email)
4. Phone screen with our Program Manager
5. Onsite interview with member of our Leadership team
6. DMV and Driving record search
7. Selection and Offer letter process
8. Orientation briefing and Pre-employment Drug Screen (required)
9. Training Day 1 of 12-week AAA Technician Program (6 July 2026)

Important Dates & Travel Requirement:

• AAA Technician Program participants must be able to travel (company funded) from 19 July to 1 Sept 2026 out of state.
• AAA Technician Program begins on 6 July 2026 (upon completion of onboarding during orientation)
• AAA Program Orientation begins on June 29, 2026 (required)
