- Remember / memorize recipes & processes to ensure we serve our guests a consistently amazing product
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned

- Clean, sanitize, stock inventory and maintain store
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
- Stand for long periods of time
