Quality Control Inspector

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to be the final word on the safety, reliability, and excellence of our products. If you thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment and have a sharp eye for detail, we want you on our floor.

- - Compensation & Schedule - Temple, TX

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift Hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

- - What You'll Do

Ensure Precision: Interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with management and engineers to uphold exact quality standards.

Inspect & Analyze: Select and evaluate parts at designated production stages, validating compliance and identifying any deviations from specifications.

Document & Track: Record precise data, prepare clear written reports, and guarantee all prints remain with their correct parts throughout the manufacturing process.

Operate Equipment: Proficiently use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and safely operate overhead cranes to move materials.

Maintain Safety: Follow all OSHA and company standards, comply with PPE requirements, participate in safety training, and proactively report hazards.

Communicate & Collaborate: Complete daily production sheets, maintain reliable attendance, and communicate quality matters effectively with your team.

Minimum Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age.

Technically Proficient: You have strong mathematical skills (calculating whole numbers, fractions, and decimals) and excellent manual dexterity.

- - The Work Environment

This is an active, dynamic role. You will need the physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the physical strength to lift or move up to 45 lbs. You should be comfortable working in a warehouse setting where temperatures fluctuate with the weather, noise levels can occasionally be loud, and there is exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and airborne particles.
