Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in Connecticut
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP certification (or CFY supervision availability)
• Familiarity with school-based settings and IEP development
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt approaches for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support classroom success
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators to achieve student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insightful recommendations for student support
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings
