A prominent engineering firm is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to support a dynamic team. This is a hybrid position in San Diego, CA.
Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of land development projects from concept through construction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Oversee technical civil design tasks including hydrologic calculations, earthwork, and mapping documents.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and coordinate interdisciplinary project efforts.
- Interact with clients to understand project requirements and foster ongoing relationships.
Senior Civil Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required; California registration preferred.
- At least 12 years of relevant land development experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with stormwater in San Diego County is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
