Career Strategies is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community in the Flagstaff, AZ area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

 

Job Title: Apartment Leasing Consultant

Hours: Monday through Friday 9AM-6M

 

Job Duties:

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements:

• HUD / Affordable Housing Experience is highly preferred or LIHTC Experience.
• Must have Yardi and or Onesite experience
• Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone and in person sales skills
• Motivated and hard-working
• Excellent communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
