Our providers are dedicated to preventive care and will help you achieve optimal health outcomes. Our care team is also committed to providing the highest quality of care for acute and chronic health conditions. Services: Preventative healthcare Immunizations and medication management Physicals Screening tests Sick visits Women's health Management of acute and chronic diseases Practice Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Job Qualifications: Family Medicine APP Licensed in North Carolina 2-plus years of experience UNC Health Medical Group (UNCHMG) practices are patient centered.
