Apply today and be part of our exciting journey!OverviewThe Insurance Coordinator ’s primary responsibility is to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment. This includes ensuring the patient understands their treatment plan, insurance benefits, assisting with financial arrangements, etc.Schedule: Full-time, Monday - FridayPrimary Job Responsibilities:Run outstanding claims reports for offices. 90 day+, 60-90, etc.Follow up with insurances for outstanding payments, lost checks/paymentsResubmitting claims as necessaryRecording all outstanding claims to a shared office spreadsheetAudit 5 insurances daily from verification list received from CECRun billing/patient balance reports for offices. 90 day+, 60-90, etc.Mail patient billing statementsCommunicate with offices for any issues with claims, insurance verification, etcPost insurance checks for the officesQualifications:2-3 years experience preferredAssociates Degree preferredOutstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethicStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with yourco-workers and patientsDriven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the bestcare for our patients.Compensation & Benefits:Guaranteed Hourly RatePaid Vacation & Paid Holidays401k Program: with matching contributionsBenefits: (offered at 30 hours or more)Competitive health, dental, and vision planLife Insurance and Disability Insurance#sdmloFLSA Status:Non-ExemptWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
