About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Channel Marketing to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in contributing to the growth and retention of the company's client base across various financial service lines. The Vice President, Channel Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing channel-specific engagement strategies, leading a team of channel marketing managers, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive the company's marketing opportunities.Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Channel Marketing include utilizing industry data and insights to develop marketing strategies, managing the execution of channel-specific campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, data-driven, multichannel communication programs. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with over 15 years' of experience in product and channel marketing within the financial services sector, particularly in the areas of wealth management and retirement marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the public sector, 457 and 403b recordkeeping, and fund distribution, as well as experience in B2B investment product and channel marketing focused on government and institutional clients. Essential skills for this role include exceptional planning, team management, and communication abilities, as well as a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to collaborate with peers and lead a team to manage multi-channel programs and content development. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and experience in a regulated environment are also important.
