Position:   Treatment Coordinator/Office Manager  to Support Texas Valley Practice (McAllen/Harlingen and Brownsville)

Nursing Home Dental Care is looking for an energetic Senior Dental Treatment Coordinator (in Harlingen TX) who is self-motivated, hard-working, result oriented, dependable and has a positive "Can-do" attitude. Treatment Coordinator must be good at multitasking and performing front office functions including answering phones, scheduling, treatment coordination, appointment confirmation, and entering treatment plans.

Must have excellent communication skills, Dental Software experience and MS Office experience.   Experience working with Denticon a plus but not required.  Being a Register Dental Assistant a plus but not required.  We are seeking a career-oriented, friendly, energetic, motivated, dependable, and organized Treatment Coordinator with a positive "Can-do" attitude to join our team of dental professionals.

Desired Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of dental Treatment Coordinator experience

- Experience with dental insurance and billing

- Supervise healthcare staff, including dental assistants, and other team members,

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

- Highly motivated and organized

- Experience with efficiently scheduling appointments for Dentist/Hygienist

- Excellent written and communication skills Bilingual (Spanish)

- Promote team collaboration, innovation and the sharing of information and ideas

- Typing Skills of 30+ WPM

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

- Proficiency in excel and word for administrative tasks and reporting purposes

- Performs all other duties as assigned that support the organization's mission.

- Excellent phone skills and capable of 30+ outbound calls/day

- Familiar with dental treatment planning and presentation

- MUST be customer-service oriented and flexible - Must be over 21 years old.

Excellent Compensation based on Experience. Typical work week is Monday-Friday 8AM to 5:00PM.
