Regional Operations Leader - Drive Efficiency & Growth

Landus is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and manage a high-performing operations team in Northwest Iowa. In this role, you will focus on optimizing daily performance and driving continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance. You will oversee grain handling, develop operational strategies, and manage P&L for your region. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in operations leadership, a strong background in grain handling, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
