Bachelor/Associates Degree and/or 2 years successful Automotive Sales Experience – Preferred

Compensation

Expected Salary based on performance with typical range from $50,000 to $125,000+.

Training Pay Period (90 days) - $20/hr for 40 hour work week plus per unit bonus offered for every unit sold.

Key Responsibilities

1. Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
2. Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
3. Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
4. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
5. Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
6. Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
7. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
8. Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications

1. Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
2. Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
3. Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
4. Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
5. Valid state of residence driver's license
6. Required to pass a drug test and background check
