The Position

Metal Culverts, Inc. (Havana, IL Division) is hiring a full-time Production Worker/Machine Operator to support production of corrugated metal pipe and related drainage products. This hourly role exists to keep our manufacturing line running safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring production equipment, performing rivet/assembly work, handling materials, completing basic quality checks, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Reliable, self-starting work style
- Ability to work onsite in Havana, IL
- Willingness to complete a six-month probationary period
- Able to work the day shift schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

A Typical Shift

You'll work a consistent weekday day shift (7:00am-3:30pm). After clock-in, you get set up at your station, review what's scheduled for the line, and spend the day rotating through steady, hands-on production tasks with your team.
