Job Summary

Seeking a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to provide front desk and general administrative support in a busy regional office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish , customer-service oriented, organized, and comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support.
• Answer and route calls in English and Spanish.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and correspondence.
• Manage meeting room calendars and prepare conference rooms.
• Maintain office supplies, records, and confidential documents.
• Operate printers, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Perform data entry and clerical tasks using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Provide backup administrative support and assist with special projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish .
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems .
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred: Administrative experience in a government, public-facing, or human services environment.
