Registered Nurse Navigator - Oncology - Days page is loaded## Registered Nurse Navigator - Oncology - Dayslocations: NCO 3060 Salt Creek Ln Arlington Heightstime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R38282**Hourly Pay Range:**$40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.**Position Highlights:*** **Position**: Registered Nurse Navigator Oncology* **Location**: NCH - Infusion Clinic - Arlington Heights, IL* **Full Time | 40 hours/week*** Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays**What you will do:*** Functions on the multidisciplinary team as an advocate, educator, and counselor for oncology patients.* Responsible for ensuring all patients with an oncology diagnosis receive quality and comprehensive services.* Coordinates patient care throughout the continuum in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.* Services as a clinical resource with expertise in hematology/oncology care management.* Serves as a liaison throughout the facility and in the community regarding services provided for this unique patient population.* Provides expert nursing care, which includes: consultation, direct clinical practice, education, and research**What you will need:*** Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, **required**. Master's Degree in Nursing, *preferred*.* License: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license, **required**.* Certification: BLS/CPR issued by the American Heart Association, **required**.
