Our immigration team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex immigration matters while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.Position SummaryWe are seeking an Immigration Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters while providing outstanding client advocacy and support. This position offers flexibility, including hybrid or remote work arrangements for the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesManage immigration cases from intake through resolution.Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies.Prepare and review petitions, applications, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation.Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, Immigration Court, and other government agencies as appropriate.Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and expectations.Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure excellent client service.Stay current on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes.Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm's immigration practice.QualificationsActive bar license in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience preferred.Experience handling one or more of the following: Family-based immigrationRemoval defenseAsylum mattersWaiversHumanitarian petitionsEmployment-based immigrationStrong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.Experience with eImmigration (Serenade) is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience.Significant growth opportunities within an expanding practice.Comprehensive health insurance with 100% employee coverage.PTO and additional benefits.Hybrid or remote flexibility for qualified candidates.Supportive, team-oriented environment.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is empathetic, client-focused, accountable, and motivated by helping individuals and families through challenging legal situations.
