Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments accurately and on time
- Create, review, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outgoing freight
- Verify shipping information, labels, and documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure correct orders are shipped
- Track shipments and update inventory or shipping records as needed
- Inspect packages for accuracy and quality before shipment
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and shipping software
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience creating and handling Bills of Lading (BOLs) required
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Weekly pay
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
