Position Summary Responsible for proposal/pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for buildings and facilities architecture and engineering projects. This hybrid position requires a minimum of two days per week in a JMT office. Compensation Hourly rate: $32.00 – $43.00, commensurate with experience, education, and certifications. Benefits Paid leave time Paid holidays Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Education reimbursement program Essential Functions and Responsibilities Coordinate, prepare and review government proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations Enter RFPs and advertisements into the CRM system and manage the pursuit process from kick‑off to delivery Develop pursuit outlines and participate in pre‑proposal meetings, kick‑off meetings, and debriefings Prepare major sections of pursuits, including project descriptions, resumes and other content, working with SMEs Coordinate pursuit production, including typing, graphics, editing, and printing, ensuring quality control Assist with presentation preparation and materials Provide marketing support as required, including data entry into marketing databases and tracking leads Maintain marketing materials such as resumes, boilerplate, project descriptions, photographs, and sub‑consultant information Work closely with technical, administrative, marketing staff in other offices, vendors, sub‑consultants, and clients Conduct research in websites, newspapers, magazines, and other business publications to identify project opportunities and enter data into the CRM Generate reports for technical staff on marketing efforts when required Support office, regional and corporate marketing initiatives and adhere to the JMT Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015 marketing procedures Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of AEC industry‑related experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Knowledge of RFP structure and proposal process Experience with word processing software Understanding of marketing principles Preferred experience with Adobe InDesign and Wordsflow plugin Working Conditions Hybrid schedule; generally sedentary with occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate; no hazardous conditions in the office.
