Navra is seeking compassionate and dedicated School Social Workers for the 2026-2027 school year in the Arlington Heights, IL area . What You'll Do

As a School Social Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting student success by addressing social-emotional needs and strengthening school-family-community connections.

• Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on student support plans
• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Support behavior planning, crisis intervention, and student advocacy
• Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centered mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Passion for supporting student well-being and success
