Backed by Construct Capital with thousands of offices and hygienists using our platform monthly, we're expanding to become the operating system for modern dental offices.About the RoleYou'll work in person from our Austin office as the primary point of contact for our community. You'll own the early customer lifecycle, onboarding new hygienists and dental offices, and you'll be the first person here to notice when something's off.This is a high-volume, high-visibility role, and the job runs on a simple loop: spot the problem, prove you can fix it by hand, validate it with data, then scale it, either hand it to product to build in, or automate it yourself with the AI tools we already run on. Then you move to the next one.That's not hypothetical. One person on this team noticed we had no clean way to tell which onboarding calls actually led to referrals, so she worked it by hand first, checking transcripts one at a time.
