Social Media Sr. Manager This role will manage a content creator and our creative agency managing and enforcing the brand across multiple social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta, X, Threads etc. As part of this role, creative skills and measurement mindset will work together. We want someone with a can-do attitude that will recommend a well-done craft and a cohesive language, preserving the brand tone of voice consistently while respecting the touch point nature, making sure we have the best-in-class experience related to that channel. This person will oversee social campaigns, producing content, managing influencers workstream, reviewing analytics, and communicating with key stakeholders in the company. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee Firehouse Subs' interactions in social media platforms and content strategies. Manage, protect, and champion the brand voice in multiple social media channels, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Meta, X, Threads etc. Build and manage the Influencers Strategy and Execution, collaborating with digital creators to boost product launches. Identifies opportunities to grow the audience and improve brand awareness. Analyze engagement data, identifying trends in consumers interactions and planning digital campaigns to build social community. Create and maintain brand standards in collaboration with agencies and other members of the Brand team to ensure that social media workstream in an integrated piece of 360 Communication's plans. Collaborate with agency and internal teams to ensure a high-quality deliverable. Serve as subject matter expert, advisor, and brand liaison for branded items. Monitor Competitive Landscape, keep up with the latest trends and pop culture, look into industry benchmarks on social media and consistently share findings with team and provide recommendations as needed. Ensures work is consistently aligned with established strategies and branding. Provide support to stakeholders by demonstrating marketing leadership, promoting collaboration, fostering a team environment, and promoting the best-in-class guest journey. Skills Bachelor's degree 5-7+ years in-house or agency social media/brand experience (or relevant work experience) Demonstrated knowledge of global branding and marketing principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven robust project management skills and cross-functional leadership. Knowledge of analytics tools and/or dashboards such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, CreatorIQ, Sprout Social etc Strong conceptual abilities and abilities to originate solutions on-time and on budget Craft oriented with a business background Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments #Firehouse Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
