QA-Manager *in Qualifizierung & Validierung (CSV) (m/w/d) Standort: 23942 Dassow Umfang: Vollzeit Start: ab sofort möglich AqVida ist ein pharmazeutischer Sterilhersteller mit Schwerpunkt auf hochwertigen Arzneimitteln für internationale Märkte. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams der Qualitätssicherung (QA) suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die die QA-seitige Betreuung unserer Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten übernimmt – insbesondere im Bereich der Computervalidierung unserer computergestützten Systeme. Für unsere Produktionsstätte in Dassow (23942, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern), welche wir aktuell ausbauen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n QA-Manager *in Qualifizierung & Validierung (CSV) (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Deine Aufgaben umfassen : QA-seitige Betreuung der (Re-) Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten (z. B. Anlagen, Ausrüstung, Prozesse, IT-Systeme) am Produktionsstandort in Dassow. Federführende Steuerung und Überwachung der Computervalidierung (CSV) gemäß GxP- Anforderungen und Annex-11, bzw. 21-CFR-Part-11. Review, Genehmigung und Weiterentwicklung von Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsdokumenten (URS, Risk Assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ, usw.) Mitwirkung beim Aufbau eines Maintenance Moduls in der QM-Software QA-seitige Begleitung von Änderungen (Change Control) und Projekten im technischen und IT-Umfeld. Mitwirkung bei täglichen QA-Aufgaben, wie Audits (interne / Kunden), Inspektionen, Reviews, etc. Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des pharmazeutischen Qualitätssystems und der kontinuierlichen GMP-Compliance Dein Profil : Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (z. B. Pharmazie, Chemie, Biotechnologie, Medizintechnik, Informatik) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätssicherung oder im GMP-regulierten Umfeld Fundiertes Wissen in Qualifizierung & Validierung, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Computervalidierung Sicherer Umgang mit regulatorischen Vorgaben (EU-GMP, Annex 11, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11) Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, präzise Arbeitsweise und Freude an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch, Englisch gut in Wort und Schrift Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst und die Zukunft von AqVida aktiv mitgestalten möchtest, freuen wir uns auf Deine aussagekräftigen Bewerbungsunterlagen (Lebenslauf, aktuellste Zeugnisse, Gehaltsvorstellung, Startdatum) als PDF ( eine Datei , max. 3 MB) an View email address on click.appcast.io .
