In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Globally grow both brands together./ppWe are on a journey of continuous growth now looking for our next star a passionate Lead - Maintenance Technician/ppThis role is critical to production uptime by expediting corrective action, creating optimum sequence PLC program changes, and integrating reliability solutions. (May have lesser maintenance technical skills than Maintenance Technician 4, but trains and directs Maintenance Technicians 3, 2, and 1s)./ppEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliTroubleshoot equipment for repairs such as: Repair or rebuild hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical controlled production equipment./liliRead and interpret electrical schematics, and hydraulic drawings is essential./liliSupport production with technical services when line mechanics/technicians falter./liliRepair equipment as efficiently and effectively as possible. Perform all duties safely./liliAssist in or provide skills training to Maintenance Technicians 1, 2s and apprentices./liliPractice 5S daily./liliResponsible for new project design, implementation, and existing equipment./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpWhat do we offer?/polliMedical/liliDental/liliVision/liliLife Insurance/liliShort term Long-term disability/liliAccidental death insurance/liliSupplemental life insurance/liliCompany paid holidays/liliFlexible Spending Accounts/li/olpMinimum Requirements and Qualifications:/ppA suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:/pulliEducation: High School Diploma or Equivalency./liliExperience: Minimum ten (10) years related work experience in manufacturing, including five (5) years of electrical experience and one (1) year managing technical projects. Proficient in repairing/rebuilding hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical controlled production equipment and all shop tools./liliEnglish language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English./liliMath skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide./liliPhysical Demands: Manufacturing environment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. stoop and bend. Able to work in non-AC areas.
