Schedule & Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Rotating shifts
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays required

Qualifications:

• Current credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid and up-to-date state licensure in respiratory care
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• A minimum of one year's experience in a clinical hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient assessment skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy assessments and interventions to patients
• Operate and manage specialized respiratory equipment
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Respond to cardio-pulmonary emergencies as needed
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques
