1st Shift Cable Assembler (Weekly Pay – No Interview Required!) Start Quickly – Weekly Pay – Stable Hours

We’re hiring for a full-time 1st shift Cable Assembler with a fast, no-interview hiring process so you can get to work quickly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, building components, and being part of the live audio industry.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: Weekly pay with consistent hours + overtime available

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll assemble and build high-quality cable and electronic components used in concerts, live events, and permanent installations worldwide .

• Assemble small wire components using diagrams and work instructions
• Use hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers) to complete cable builds
• Perform basic soldering and electronic assembly tasks (as needed)
• Pull and route heavier cables and tighten screw terminals when required
• Follow production processes to ensure quality and accuracy
• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and assembly documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Work closely with a small team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small components for extended periods
• Ability to sit or stand throughout the shift

Bonus (Not Required):

• Assembly, production, or manufacturing experience
• Experience with wiring, soldering, or electronics

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
