Casualty Claims Associate

Essential Functions Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of an office, ensuring smooth functionality by managing tasks like scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and maintaining office systems, all while prioritizing efficiency and organization within the workplace Handle Office payables Maintain and update contact sheets for first reporting, program contacts, Third Party Claims Administrator personnel, etc. Collect, scan and distribute paper mail or electronic mail Responding to calls and email inquiries regarding mail and claim inquiries Participate in special projects assigned by Claims Managers Assist in training new team members Verification of transactions Additional Requirements Knowledge of and competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented and organized, able to prioritize Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Work and learn in a team environment Spanish speaking a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits; Telemedicine; Wellness Program 401k with Company Match HRA, EAP, Accident, Critical Illness, FSA, DCFSA, Group and Voluntary Life Short Term and Long Term disability Pet Insurance Transit Assistance or Parking (depending on location) Please note we are not providing sponsorship for this opportunity.
