Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our A/R team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of accounts receivable processes, and a passion for mentoring and developing staff. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reporting, while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 A/R Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement, professional development, and achievement of departmental goals.
• Oversee day-to-day accounts receivable operations including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Monitor aging reports and work with internal teams to address overdue accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with month-end close processes and prepare relevant reports for management.
• Continuously assess and enhance A/R procedures for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of A/R systems and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Englis, Spanish a bonus.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP B1 is a plus.
