divh2Production Technician Carpentry Finish Painter Focus/h2pCapsule is hiring a Finish Carpenter / Production Technician to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing. The primary responsibility of this role is finishing carpentry and professional painting for custom-built units, service assemblies, and other customer projects. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality finishes that meet customer specifications and aesthetic standards./ppThis is a full-time onsite role, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Were looking for someone with a great work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive team-player attitude who can thrive in a dynamic production environment./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform high-quality finish carpentry, including trim work, cabinetry, doors, and detailed wood installations./liliApply professional-grade paint and finishes to wood, metal, drywall, and other surfaces to a clean, consistent standard./liliFrame walls and ceilings using proper construction methods and materials./liliInstall tape, mud, sand, and prepare drywall surfaces for painting and finishing./liliInterpret construction drawings and specs to complete detailed interior finish work./liliAssist in fabricating and assembling interior and exterior architectural features./liliSupport general production needs, including:/liulliAluminum powder coat and stainless-steel food service assemblies/liliCommercial/residential appliance installation/liliMeasuring, cutting, and fitting materials/liliAssist with facility needs as required: cleaning, organizing, assembly support, deliveries, etc./liliMaintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces./li/ul/ulh3Requirements/h3ulli35+ years of finished carpentry and/or painting experience in a construction or manufacturing environment./liliStrong attention to detail and craftsmanship in finishing work./liliComfortable with hand tools, power tools, and production machinery./liliAbility to read and interpret construction plans or technical drawings./liliAble to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and work in varied conditions./liliPositive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills./liliValid drivers license and clean driving record (some travel required up to 15%)./li/ulh3Preferred Skills/h3ulliDrywall repair and installation/liliCabinet installation or custom woodwork/liliLight plumbing or electrical experience/liliTiling or flooring work/liliSpray or brush painting expertise/li/ulpNote: All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide valid documentation upon request./p/div
