We're seeking a strategic, client-facing Client Success Manager to lead key Operator Qualification (OQ) accounts and help strengthen how clients realize value from our VeriSource platform. You will build accounts and success plans, lead value-based conversations, monitor client health and KPIs, and identify opportunities that support retention and expansion. Working across Client Success, Sales, Support, Product, and Finance, you will connect clients with the right internal stakeholders, advocate for their needs, and guide complex initiatives to successful outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced CSM who can operate independently, bring structure to an evolving practice, and quickly develop deep OQ and product knowledge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, taking ownership, and driving meaningful results in a fast-paced environment.
