OB/GYN Physician

Louisville, KY

Position Highlights: 

• 4-day work week with a flexible schedule.
• Dedicated flex day off following call coverage.
• Join an established team of 4 full-scope OB/GYNs and 1 GYN-only provider.
• See an average of 20–25 patients per day with a 60/40 or 70/30 OB/GYN mix.
• Practice with robotics
• Work alongside long-tenured providers who have been with the organization for 5–40 years.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $400,000–$420,000.
• Hospital-employed position with long-term financial stability.

Qualifications: 

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Must maintain applicable specialty certifications.
• Comfortable practicing full-scope obstetrics and gynecology.
• Experience with obstetric ultrasound preferred.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
