This is a full-time, paid development opportunity where you'll work alongside a successful Farmers Insurance Agency Owner while learning how to sell, generate new business, build client relationships, use modern sales technology, and operate a successful insurance agency. You’ll receive leads, hands-on training, coaching, licensing assistance, proven sales systems, and District Office support to help you accelerate your development. For qualified candidates, this position can lead to the opportunity to own and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency.
