Overview We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team! As an Outbound Sales Specialist for Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen you’ll handle every prospect, customer, and teammate with world class service by effectively communicating, listening, and showing empathy with every homeowner you speak with. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to existing customers and attempt to schedule appointments to have a Renewal by Andersen Project Consultant provide pricing on additional windows and doors as well as to seek referrals. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers via company-provided methodology. Speak with all customers, prospects, and teammates with professionalism, listening actively and show empathy. Enter data swiftly and accurately. Partner with the Customer Relations Lead and Inside Sales Coaches for questions or escalated customer situations. Meet daily inbound and outbound call metrics. Report irresolvable situations to your immediate supervisor for appropriate resolution, avoiding argumentative, unprofessional behavior. Attend weekly team meeting. Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills including maturity and the ability to accept constructive feedback in a manner that results in improved performance. Ability to work independently and as an active team member. Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment. Multi-task by adjusting from one type of call to another without loss of efficiency, composure, or knowledge. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 2 years of Call Center Experience specifically in Customer Care/Customer Service Required.
