Job Title: School Psychologist Profession: Education Specialty: Psychological Services Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 6 Experience: Must have relevant experience in education and psychology License: Licensed as a School Psychologist Certifications: Certification of demonstrated Proficiency or Awareness in Science of Reading and Structured Literacy Must-Have: Masters degree from an accredited college or university; documentation of a clear BCI/FBI report Description: The case load will involve working with 4th and 5th grade students. The position will support new students from Early Intervention. Approximately 10 students will be directly served. The role will include facilitating lunch bunch groups. Responsibilities include testing and supporting general education teachers. Attendance at meetings will also be required. Qualifications include: Strong understanding of the processes and regulations governing special education. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary. The ability to administer, interpret, and report on educational and psychological assessments is essential. Alternative qualifications may be considered as appropriate by relevant authorities.
