Store Manager

Crumbl Cookies is looking to hire a Store Manager to join their team! Manager Responsibilities Successfully managing all aspects of store business operations. Ensure the 3 C's of Crumbl are met: Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness. Ensure we never run out of cookies, that cookies are dressed and prepared properly, and that every customer leaves the store with a big smile! Order ingredients and other supplies for the store. Maintain and create weekly schedule. Maintaining knowledge and skills for baker and driver positions and fills in as necessary. Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities. Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed. Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies. Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives. Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive. Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties. Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures. Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
