JOB DESCRIPTOIN:

Client is seeking a Full Life-Cycle Talent Partner to lead recruitment efforts from sourcing through offer negotiation. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruiting strategies, identify top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates for skills, culture, and role alignment.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment and interview process.
• Lead offer negotiations and facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships.
• Support diversity sourcing and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Leverage market data and recruiting trends to advise hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/HR systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting/Talent Partner experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Consultative experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS and HR/recruiting systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred: Experience recruiting within healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
