As a Machine Operator, you will safely operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured efficiently and in accordance with production standards.* Starting Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour* Night Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 per hour* Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts available, overtime and weekend as needed **What We Offer!!!**• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid holidays and vacation • On-site health clinic • 24-hour fitness center • Training and career development opportunities **Essential Responsibilities** Production Operations • Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment. • Set up machines according to specifications. • Perform inspections and basic troubleshooting. • Complete production documentation accurately. Safety & Compliance • Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly. Quality & Continuous Improvement • Follow quality standards and work instructions. • Use measuring and inspection tools as required. • Support continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications**• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Manufacturing experience preferred. • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment. • Basic math, reading, and computer skills. • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. • Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends. **Physical Requirements**• Ability to stand for extended periods. • Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks. • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
