Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following individualized care plans. Monitor and assess patient health, documenting progress and reporting any changes to the care team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Educate clients and their families on health management and care techniques. Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. At least 1 year of nursing experience. Strong clinical and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
