We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and GMP operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role involves relabeling, repacking, product inspections, order fulfillment, inventory support, and warehouse maintenance. Candidates must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment, performing physically demanding tasks, and working extended shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GMP services including relabeling, repacking, product inspections, and aggregated serialization.
• Receive, store, pick, pack, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners, tape guns, and Klever cutters to complete daily tasks.
• Load, unload, down-stack, and move products weighing 40–75 lbs.
• Rotate inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Perform data entry, process returns, and assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and GMP guidelines.
• Work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures, quality standards, and DEA regulations.
• Work overtime and participate in physical inventory when required.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or production experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner is preferred.
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a 24&degree;F refrigerated environment with PPE provided.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to read and understand English and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
