• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• BLS required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year acute care experience preferred
• 6 months addiction services experience preferred
• Must obtain flu vaccination
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment

• Provide nursing care in outpatient opioid treatment setting
• Perform patient assessments, intake, and monitoring
• Administer medications and assist with addiction treatment services
• Support providers to ensure quality and efficient patient care
• Oversee clinic flow, opening/closing, and daily operations
• Maintain medication inventory and clinic supplies
• Perform point-of-care testing and quality control checks
• Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery support
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Document all care and services accurately in EMR
