Qualifications Minimum of a Master’s degree in the teaching discipline or a business field, with at least 18 semester (or 27 quarter) graduate hours in relevant coursework, completed by the date of appointment. Teaching experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to teach a general business class at the collegiate level. Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods, relating to students and facilitating student learning. Effective communication skills. Excellent organizational and teaching skills. Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology. Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations None specified. Pre-Employment Requirements A criminal background check is required. Work Hours Position may require non-standard hours (including day, evening, online, hybrid, weekend). Salary $3375 for each 3 credit hour course taught.
